My son and I recently bought tickets from Football ticket net for the Mersey derby, yes we paid over the face value, as there is no way on earth we would be able to get them from the football club due to high demand of season ticket holders, and as an annual treat the tickets we had were in the Carlsberg dug out, which was in the middle section of the new stand, free programs, tea, coffee, hot choc and varieties of different food i.e sliced steak in buns with relish, chicken drumsticks and more to choose from on different stands, also John Aldridge and Chris Kirkland in attendance having photos and autograph, we were well spoilt and the seats were fabulous view, we received an e-ticket to print to get in, it all was perfect, as we traveled up from Cardiff, week recommend and deffo go again, MANY THANKS GUYS

You have to consider that Footballticketnet is just the broker/mediator of the tickets. They try their best to have serious ticket suppliers. If you don't have any high expectations on seats and meet with such a serious supplier - as this happened to us - everything worked fine and we were totally happy with it! Though I understand why, it's however a slightly nerve wracking and uncertain to get the tickets just day before the match.

I wanted to see match of Real Madrid with my nephew in December. I ordered platinum tickets early for match against Bilbao on 22 December. I choose this site as I noticed they also replied on bad reviews so have customer service. I was not disappointed as got good updates on status and could chat with help desk when I got a bit nervous as game approached. I got etickets which had to be opened by android or iphone app. I even got a call 2 days before match if I got the tickets and that I should not use screenshot but the app. We did stadium tour the day before and already saw our section. We had good seats indeed at row 10 from the field. Access was easy as they just scan your eticket. Yes you pay premium price but it was worth it and I would buy here again if I ever wanted to visit another match somewhere.

We ordered 2 tickets for group stage of Champions League (Bayern Munich - Tottenham). The tickets were e-mailed in 2 days ([email protected]). There were no problems to enter the stadium and get our seats in the stadium block.

Bought 6 tickets for Dortmund - Gladbach. Asked for as many tickets as possible on "The Wall".. And we got 4/6 tickets on the wall (south side) Good service!
